Spaced four to six weeks apart, each session is tailored entirely to you. No scripts. No modules. Just strategic, experienced guidance on the real challenges you’re navigating right now. How does the application process work?

Complete the questionnaire, and you’ll then receive a link to book your complimentary Crossroads Diagnostic Session with Suzi. If you don’t complete the questionnaire straight away, we’ll send reminder emails. If after your Diagnostic you decide not to proceed, we’ll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
How much does it cost?
Mentoring is $497 per one-hour session for four sessions ($1,988 total paid in full). Your payment secures your place and includes a BONUS Crossroads Diagnostic Session valued at $370 (for no extra cost). After the initial four sessions, you can continue with additional sessions as needed.
How are sessions scheduled?

What happens between sessions?
You’ll leave each session with clear action items. Before your next session, you’ll complete a brief preparation form to update Suzi on progress and set the agenda. This ensures continuity and maximum value from every minute.
I’ve done coaching before and it didn’t work. How is this different?
Most coaching is advice-driven — someone tells you what to do based on a framework. HerBusiness mentoring is experience-driven. Suzi has personally built, scaled, and led businesses.
